Prof. Dr. Annie S. Anderson is a distinguished expert in nutrition and cancer prevention, currently serving as Professor of Nutrition at the University of Dundee. With a career spanning clinical dietetics and academic research, she has focused on behaviorally based dietary and weight management interventions. Prof. Anderson has held influential roles including advisor to the WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), Chair of the World Cancer Research Fund International grant panel, and member of the UK Government’s Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition. She is co-founder of the Scottish Cancer Prevention Network and a Director of the Scottish Cancer Foundation, actively contributing to cancer prevention worldwide.
