Dr. Thuria Al Rawahi, MD, FRCOG, is a Senior Consultant Gynecological Oncologist at the Royal Hospital, Oman, and a pioneer in women’s cancer care. She founded the Gynecological Oncology Services in Oman and introduced groundbreaking procedures such as the country’s first laparoscopic V-NOTE hysterectomy and sentinel lymph node dissection. A leading researcher in HPV genotyping and ovarian cancer surgery, she is widely published and actively involved in international studies. Dr. Al Rawahi is a senior lecturer, OMSB trainer, and a respected member of national and international medical committees, including RCOG and ESGO, shaping policy and education in women’s health.
